Key Responsibilities
Incident Handling & Response
Process all security incidents (take down, CVE publication, IOC extraction from malware analysis, log correlation, forensic analysis, breach analysis, malicious document analysis)
Perform daily monitoring, alerts, and notifications
Manage client requests related to cybersecurity products and services
Handle incidents, change requests, and use case tickets
Assist junior consultants and provide guidance when needed
Change & Client Projects
Deliver incident response readiness assessments and consultancy missions for clients
Conduct audits and security consulting engagements
Represent the CSIRT team at internal and external events, including CERT community initiatives
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain and continuously update documentation following internal standards
Ensure compliance with reporting structure and publication validation processes
Provide accurate and timely reports for clients and internal stakeholders
Your Profile
Minimum 4 years' experience in a CSIRT or incident response role
Strong listening and evaluation skills to identify client needs and crisis situations
Languages: French or Dutch (B2) + fluent English (mandatory)
Ability to coach junior consultants and trainees
Strong problem-solving and creativity skills in cybersecurity contexts
Methodical, organized, and able to follow best practices and processes
Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills
Resilience under pressure and ability to adapt to different client environments
Team player with a can-do attitude and client-focused mindset
