Catherine BIAUDET, independent recruitment consultant and Hunteed Ambassador, is recruiting for a leading international law firm in Luxembourg. The firm provides top-tier legal advice in capital markets, banking, and structured finance, serving a diverse international client base.

This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer fluent in German and English to join a motivated team and gain hands-on experience in complex financial transactions across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities



Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for capital markets and banking transactions


Provide comprehensive legal services on all aspects of financial regulation


Assist clients with complex structured finance transactions involving multiple participants and jurisdictions


Liaise with leading financial institutions, international colleagues, and stakeholders


Support senior lawyers in cross-border transactions and regulatory matters


Contribute to project management and ensure timely delivery of high-quality legal advice


Your Profile



European qualified (or soon-to-be qualified) lawyer with up to 2 years of post-qualification experience


Excellent academic record in law, ideally with exposure to capital markets or banking law


Fluent in written and spoken German and English; French and/or Luxembourgish are assets


Strong drafting skills and attention to detail


Client- and solution-oriented with excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills


Team player capable of working independently


Motivated to work in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment
